Last summer, I hired Julio and his company to do an almost complete renovation of my unit after he did a phenomal job of building a beautiful, new fence and pergola in our back yard just few months prior. Him and his team always worked with an enthusiastic and positive attitude (that they truly enjoyed the work they were doing) Even though they ran into some unexpected complications along the way that delayed completing some parts of the whole project. they were very respectful and communicated every step of the way to let me know what was going on at all times and would come to me before doing certain things or informing me what to do or not to do after completing certain areas as to not damage any of the work that needed time to set, etc. As they worked on my place almost daily and needed access to our back yard through my son’s unit to gather and bring tools/material back and forth, they also laid down sturdy plastic flooring in his main hallway to avoid excess dirt and any damage to his floors. The end result of all of their work was absolutely beautiful and the finish was just perfect to my liking; as Julio always made sure he got my input for choosing colours/types of tiling/flooring, as well as recommending what he thought made sense or in his experience what looked good but ultimately left the final decision to me which i greatly appreciated. Would recommend Hernandez Essence Renovations for any home related Reno project no matter how big or small.
